Khor Najd Oman is a natural cove near Khasab City in Musandam. Khor Najd means ‘highland bay’ in Arabic. Located in a remote area of the Musandam Peninsula, it is a hidden cove. You can reach it either by sea from Khasab through the Strait of Hormuz or by a four-wheel drive along a serpentine road. Khor Najd is the only inlet accessible by vehicle. Take a deep breath when you see the magnificent view of the fjord from the top of the mountain. Go for boating and catch a fish, dive into the depths and find the hidden treasures beneath, or camp near the bay and enjoy a calm star-lit sky and the sea nearby.
