The green moss-covered rock at Khadda Beach Oman
  • Khadda Beach Oman

Khadda Beach Oman is an awesome green beach near the Turtle Reserve in Ras Al Hadd. The moss-covered rocks are a spectacular sight to see and are perhaps the only green rocks in Oman. The craggy cliffs with its chiseled finish and the blue sea with its cool water make it a place worth enough to stop by. Go for swimming. Spend a night here and camp at this cool remote spot in Oman. Gaze at the star-lit sky and relax. You may get lucky and see the shooting star.

To reach Khadda beach, take Route 17 from Muscat and drive towards Sur. Before turning to Ras Al Hadd reserve, take right at the T-junction. It’s about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Muscat.
